2. Reduce the feeding speed.

Problem 2:
Temperature in the extruding chamber fails to reach the standard.

Analysis:

1. Too small diameter of the resistance ring or the resistance ring is worn out.

2. Not adding steam or the steam quality is low.

Solutions:

1. Replace a new resistance ring.

2. Open the steam valve or check the steam pipeline.

Problem 3:
No output during normal operation

Analysis:

Stop the machine and remove blockage.

Readjust the cutter.

Material splashing during feeding.

Analysis:

Too fast feeding in material or not smooth feeding or blockage happened.

Solutions:

1. Control the feeding speed.
